Havells — Induction cook top

I am so disheartened by the service of havells mumbai, i have complained about 1 month ago there was no response the again 2 weeks ago i have complained for my induction cook top. 6 days later a person came without infoming and went back without repairing. the product is in warranty, i was fed up and tried getting it done from a local shop, but he asked 1500rs. so i called up Havells again ( if i can get it for free why shall i pay a huge sum of money). now they are not even responding. Please help.
