i bought havells acura steam iron around 1 year back . it functioned well for about 10 months .lately i have been having numerous problems . i contacted customer care and they sent a worker to repair it . i have registered complaints 3-4 times but the producct is still not repaired properly . After the last time it was repaired, it has started giving out sparks and a loud noise . This is a serious concern and can be dangerous . since now it seems that the iron can't function properly even after numerous repairs, i would like to get a replacement for the same . thank you

I have purchased juicer mixer grinder on 26/6/2014. its grinder was working properly but for first time when we used juicer some problem occur then one of their technician came and solve problem after that for 3 to 4 time it works and then again some problem occur and we compliant for it then technician came he says their is some minor mistake i will sort it, he came after one week and replace some parts but at that time the rotateter stop rotating so he took away mixer then he came after 10 or 11 laters after our 2 or 3 times calling, he came and tell taht every thing is sort out, we check that button of inc. and dec. speed of mixer was not working and he again took away mixer and till know its about 13 or 12 days he has not replied anything and even 2 times i call in companybut they are also making us fool.So that problem was inbuilt only when we purchased mixer.So its my request to exchange that mixer and provide us the one which work and ya i am really frustrate of complaining again and again. Is it look nice such a big company providing this type of product and services ?Please sir its my genuine request to exchange that product, really speaking I have never excepted that by purchasing such a branded product i have to suffer.Its seems their is no difff. between china and this branded product. I wish i will get better result of my complaint very soon bcuz sir its about 1 and half month i am complaining. Thanking you, your customer

Havell's instant geyser Neo 3 litre bought on 8th January 2013. More than 6 complaints logged in the first year. Last complaint logged on 10th December 2014. The guy who visited said tank is leaking and they don't have the part. Since then more than 2 weeks have passed and the opened up geyser is still lying unattended. Calling them on the Customer care number is useless since they say they've put in a reminder and it will be fixed by evening. shameful attitude.

Dear sir, I have purchased juicer mixer grinder of Endura Havells on 27/6/2014 from ketan vasan bandar(bapunagar). We use juicer after 4 month of that grinder there some problem occur and then we complaint one of your technician came and solve the problem at that time it work but after one month we again used juicer at that time whatever the waste material of fruits collect over their it was not coming out of the collecter so we made compliant through that toll free no then one of your technician came he took some of part of mixer and came after one week then when we check that grinder stop rotating so it was useless then he took away mixer along with him and again after 10 or 12 days he came and that time he says that i got it ready from company so their is no need of checking i am leaving then also we forcefully stop him to lets us conform one time wether its working or not then we check that button of inc. and dec. speed of mixer was not working and he took away mixer for repairing and told us he will repair it and inform about it with in 3 or 4 days but still he has not reply anything and now i think he has make your grinder a useless machine. Is it look nice that such a big company providing such type of product and services.I have really not excepted such type of services or product from such a big company .and i am really very frustrate.So please its my genuine request to you to exchange this juicer mixer grinder and give us the one which work properly. I wish this time i will get some better result of my complaint because i am really tired of doing complaint again and again. Thanking you your customer

I had purchased Havells 25 litres Puro water geyser from snapdeal.com and i had placed the order after confiming four times regarding the installation of the same in Pathankot Punjab from Havells customer care. Everytime they had confirmed that the installation will be done within 24-48 hours after raising the request of installation through havells customer care. I got the delivery of the product from snapdeal on 17.12.2014 and i had raised...

I live in a gated community. I am a defence officer and I can get branded fans from canteen stores department at a cheaper rate. But I purchased fourteen ceiling fans from havels dealer for my entire house. I am sorry to say they make heavy noise . Could you please help us out.

I have purchased 5 fans of Havells but have become fed up with its quality and service as I have made several complaint regarding the irritating noise where in they come to attend the calls but there is no outcome as the noise again starts after few hours.Once they have taken back the whole fan for repair but still problem was not rectified.These types of experience will definitely destroy the brand image of the company as customer dealing is so pathetic.

I have raised complaint DG130167 3 days ago but it is not getting actioned (No vist/No call). I had purchased 5 fans (Models: Fusion) out of which 3 fans are making noise. I have called multiple times but no action is being take. I had raised another complaint last month DF240930 in which engineer said to get the fan sheet fixed and then call us if it still makes noise. However, the fans are still making noise.

I have got the sms stating that the complaint has been fixed however the reality is that is has stilll not been attended, I am very disappointed with Havells services.

I want to escalate this matter and get the fans fixed/replaced to get proper resolution.

I purchase wall fan in the off season of 2013. now when i want to start the fan after winter four days back as on 25/04/2014 then the fan is not functioning properly. I register a compliant with the dealer ( J.M Lights at Greater Kailash Jammu) as on 26/04/2014 from whom i purchase it, but till date the compliant was not redressed. please look into the matter and redress my compliant as earlier as possible. Hi, I have purchased Havells water heater on Dec 20th, 2013 from Spence retail store. It is almost past 4 weeks and its installation is still pending. Logged call multiple times through spencer, but nothing is progressing. I am just getting SMS from every step, call logged, assigned, but nothing after that. I bought this during the winter and I have to struggle each day from last 4 weeks. I would appreciate if this can be taken as a high priority case and resolved asap. Regards Sangita

I bought Yorker (premium brand ceiling fan from Havells) fan of Havells from Thriissur and after installing, I had called technician 2 times within 6 months for poor air sweep, Both times technician changed the capacitor but no use. Now almost after one year, all of the four blades of fan started RUSTING. Their brochure says this fan is made by" Electro-phoretic lacquered surface for anti-rusting" But the 5 Nos. of economical fan of Havells is working smoothly without issue. I called ashok Kumar no which is given HAVELLS LAMP(Fake company) page and they told, he got expired at 2008. Also they mentioned, the fraudlent name is ASHOK DIXIT not ASHOK KUMAR. So I asked the contact details, but they dont have it.

Could you please anyone share me ASHOK DIXIT number, if you have.
Is anyone got your money back.? plz reply.

I manohar radio company is ex dealer of havells india. i sold one 5HP 3PH "F" class motor (s.no[protected] on 18/1/2013 to m/s Param stone crusher bhopal.
on 28/2/2013 he complaint about the motor that the shaft of the motor is broked.

then i done a complaint on 1/3/2013 on your complaint number and they told that our service engineer will visit to your shop and verify the complaint and then they will replace the motor.

no one come to us and then on 4/3/2013 m.r. prabhakar contacted to us and said please send your motor to indore service centre so that we can repair it.

but customer is complaining that it is a manufacturing fault and he is saying that he wants a new motor

sir please replace the motor so that we can satisfy the customer and avoid unnecessary legal complications from customer end.

I bought Havells radiator with 11 Fins on 28th December 2012 at 6:30 P.M. After taking it to my house, when I tried to start, it was not heating. At the moment I did complain on Havells toll free no. and registered the complaint. The very next day 29/12/2012, company's representative came & tried to give performance, but after 1 hour he failed and promised us that it is not working and I will replace it tomorrow. But Alas that day did not come till today , when every day 3 or 4 times we remind them about the complaint but no action has been taken till now.
Kindly take my complaint as urgent because this product is useful only for few days and we are the SUFFERER.

I purchased 3 unit Havells Geaser from a dealer in Ghaziabad, Ambedakar Road,I am very upset with the company's approach for installation of the Geasers, the technician is supposed to installed the geaser at max next day. He came to us but could not install the units even left his bag at my house by telling, i will be back after one hour but he did not come......this is not acceptable for that i spoiled my entire day...waiting for him....please help.

Havells bello complaint : this new water heater of havells i purchased is not heating and has killed my bathroom ceiling with leakage why is it so bad such a big company and no proper quality where is your service people i have been trying to locate them from 10 days now and no one has appeared it is true there is no service also for a havells geyser

I have Purchased Havells Swing Pedestal Fan yesterday and the features are

• 400 mm sweep

• Jerk free oscillation

• Elegantly designed switch box with 2 hrs. timer

But the problem is, The Time is always ON and it stops every 2 hours. So, Please tell me how to turn off timer?...

contact to the retailer regarding the same but he didn't responded to me, i thing there is

i have bought 5 havells fan from murugappa electrical in salem ,at the beginning those fans are good but after some days 4 of them were began to give trouble .i had serviced it for 2 times with local electric repair men but still it is not working good ,i don't understand why the company is producing such a bad products,even i had asked for the store which i bought this fan ,still they are not giving good response ,please take a serious action in this problem and make sure that these problems doesnot appers in the future
