I bought Yorker (premium brand ceiling fan from Havells) fan of Havells from Thriissur and after installing, I had called technician 2 times within 6 months for poor air sweep, Both times technician changed the capacitor but no use. Now almost after one year, all of the four blades of fan started RUSTING. Their brochure says this fan is made by" Electro-phoretic lacquered surface for anti-rusting" But the 5 Nos. of economical fan of Havells is working smoothly without issue. The fan which I paid 3 times the value of ordinary fan is getting rusted.! sunil [protected]

    I have been your customer since march of this year...and i choose your product just because of your good market image..


    But now i having a doubt at your goodwill in market,because i have purchased a Juicer Mixer Grinder in this march and i faced a problem just after two days of purchase..i dont know what was the problem but it was fixed after 3-4 days of complain...


    then again in next month my family faced the problem with juicer grinder but that time it was fixed on the next day and that time i got faith that your service are good enough same like as your name in market...


    and now in this june month again i m having a problem with your product..and i m fed up this time because this is the third time,that my juicer grinder not working properly..

    on first complain feedback form, your engineer could not mentioned date so i dont know the date of first serivce.


    while,second complain no: CD300208 and date was : 29/04/13


    So support team i m requesting you that please change my product because i think that there is a manufacturing fault or send any skill full engineer to fix the issue for long term..

      Hi,

      I called ashok Kumar no which is given HAVELLS LAMP(Fake company) page and they told, he got expired at 2008. Also they mentioned, the fraudlent name is ASHOK DIXIT not ASHOK KUMAR. So I asked the contact details, but they dont have it.

      Could you please anyone share me ASHOK DIXIT number, if you have.
      Is anyone got your money back.? plz reply.

        sir,
        I manohar radio company is ex dealer of havells india. i sold one 5HP 3PH "F" class motor (s.no[protected] on 18/1/2013 to m/s Param stone crusher bhopal.
        on 28/2/2013 he complaint about the motor that the shaft of the motor is broked.

        then i done a complaint on 1/3/2013 on your complaint number and they told that our service engineer will visit to your shop and verify the complaint and then they will replace the motor.

        no one come to us and then on 4/3/2013 m.r. prabhakar contacted to us and said please send your motor to indore service centre so that we can repair it.

        but customer is complaining that it is a manufacturing fault and he is saying that he wants a new motor

        sir please replace the motor so that we can satisfy the customer and avoid unnecessary legal complications from customer end.

          I bought Havells radiator with 11 Fins on 28th December 2012 at 6:30 P.M. After taking it to my house, when I tried to start, it was not heating. At the moment I did complain on Havells toll free no. and registered the complaint. The very next day 29/12/2012, company's representative came & tried to give performance, but after 1 hour he failed and promised us that it is not working and I will replace it tomorrow. But Alas that day did not come till today , when every day 3 or 4 times we remind them about the complaint but no action has been taken till now.
          Kindly take my complaint as urgent because this product is useful only for few days and we are the SUFFERER.

            I purchased 3 unit Havells Geaser from a dealer in Ghaziabad, Ambedakar Road,I am very upset with the company's approach for installation of the Geasers, the technician is supposed to installed the geaser at max next day. He came to us but could not install the units even left his bag at my house by telling, i will be back after one hour but he did not come......this is not acceptable for that i spoiled my entire day...waiting for him....please help.

              HAVELLS GEYSER CREATING LOT OF POP POP NOISE FROM THE INNER TANK WHILE HEATING BUT HEATING WATER PROPERLY, ,
              CHECKED THE WATER INLET BUT IN WINTERS WATER PRESSURE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH IN THE PIPE LINES.

                How to Turn Off Timer?

                I have Purchased Havells Swing Pedestal Fan yesterday and the features are

                • 400 mm sweep

                • Jerk free oscillation

                • Elegantly designed switch box with 2 hrs. timer

                But the problem is, The Time is always ON and it stops every 2 hours. So, Please tell me how to turn off timer?...

                contact to the retailer regarding the same but he didn't responded to me, i thing there is

                some manufactureing defect. I am very much fedup with this, pls. let me know how to get my

                HAVELLS — Ceiling Fans very very bad

                I had purchased Havells Fans a year back. The air generated from the ceiling Fan is too low and quality is very poor than any other company. I am highly dissatisfied and since a ceiling fan is purchased once in every 5-10 years, I have to tolerate this since I replace the fan.

                  i have bought 5 havells fan from murugappa electrical in salem ,at the beginning those fans are good but after some days 4 of them were began to give trouble .i had serviced it for 2 times with local electric repair men but still it is not working good ,i don't understand why the company is producing such a bad products,even i had asked for the store which i bought this fan ,still they are not giving good response ,please take a serious action in this problem and make sure that these problems doesnot appers in the future

                    We have purchased one Havells fan on 29th july 2009 from retailer Kumar Electricals service, Pondicherry-605 001. We have some breakage problems
                    in that fan pedestal swing model. We complaint nearly 2 months to your service incharge in pondicherry, he is attending our call but not coming to rectify our problem. now for the past 1 week he is not at all attending our call, he switched off his phone. We are very much disappointed regarding your service. Kindly change the service man of pondicherry because your company name will get spoiled because of such person who is not all interested to get work.

                        Hello Sir,

                        I have bough 2 havells fans in February, 2012. Both are Fusion 2 and 1200mm fans. Both fans started making noise right after one month o[censored]sage.
                        I have complained twice (BE260364 & BE010087 ). Once only once, One technical person came to my house and checked the fans and said that THIS MODEL FANS HAVE PROBLEM and he knew how to fix it. He did something and right after he left, the fans started making noise again. I called him several and even lodged another complaint but no one came to that. Havells claims to be number 1 brand in electrical equipments. But this kind of poor service from Havells is really frustrating. I heard several complaints regarding havells poor service and I am wrong to buy them.

                        Never buy these Havells fans these are worthless. Even my neighbour bought couple of fans which had the same problem. Havells fans saves really fully power as we will not switch them on because of noise they make.

                          this is himanshu, we had taken a juicer mixer grinder from a havells distributer in dewas(near indore). the product was not good and having manufacturing defect in it. when we had taken the mixer again to the shop then he behave very rudely to us and not taking the responsibilty for the mixer saying he is not responsile for the product.
                          sir this is the humble request please do take an action against it. and we don't know what to do now.

                            I have bought 5 fans of Havells. All 5 were making sound. Through my contacts I got 2 replaced with the dealer but they are making more sound than the original ones. They are only 3 months old now and from day one each one is making different sounds. When the Havells engineer visits, he first tries to put the blame on the wrong fitting done by the electrician, voltage etc.

                            This is the third time I have lodged a complaint with Havells and after paying around 7500+ for 5 fans, we have to live with all types of sounds they make.

                            TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HAVELLS.

                            WE RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD BUY HAVELLS FANS AND UNDERGO TRAUMA FOR NO FAULT OF THEIRS AND THAT TOO AFTER SHELLING OUT MANY THOUSANDS OF RUPEES. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM HAVELLS...

                              We acquire a business in marketing of Electric goods, And thus have been the distributors of havell's fans and CFL(compact florescent lamp) since last 4 YEARS.

                              The company gave a guarantee period of 1 year in CFL's, in which the average replacement which came was approx 20 to 22%.

                              Than all of a sudden havell's India Ltd.
                              made an aggressive decision, of removing the entire guarantee without any prior notice to any of the distributors.

                              And when asked for the replacement of the sold goods, we were told that they will accept only 7% of replacements, where else the total replacement of CFL's is 22%.

                              SO SIR, I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME FURTHER SUGGESTIONS, AND TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT.

                              I am ratailer of Electrical good in Asoda(Jalgaon city). Your Company give garranty of one year of CFL and make replacement. I gave replacement near about ten CFL to customer but Due to the changing Dealership/Distributor in jalgaon city they don't make replacement of CFL to me and I had make replacement to customer. Current dealler say I am not sold these CFL there fore i dont change it. Here I had loss near about Rs. 1000/-

                              So Sir, I heartly make request you to give me further suggestions, and tell me what shold I do next.

                                  I purchase Havells energy saving ceiling fan es50 about 20 days ago. There was a noise in the fan with rotation. I complaint the retailer in the locality and he asked me to complain to a toll free no. [protected]. I made a complaint on[protected] at 6:20 p.m. and got a complaint no. AF240919. The company said that they will solve the problem within 48 hours. I got a call from a local dealer on[protected] around 01:30 p.m. and he send a mechanic at 02:30 p.m. I explained the problem to mechanic after that he opened all the parts of the fan rudely and said there is a slight loosing in the bearing. I was shocked to see the treatment of the mechanic to the fan how he just all the aligned parts of a fan (energy saving). The cabinet of fan was not re-closed properly. When he re-install the fan i saw a bubbling in the rotation and slight decrease in the speed. I told the same thing to the representative of the company and he just tilted the blades of the fan ignoring the change in speed. I again asked him about the change in speed and he replied "kuch nahi hai hum to hai phir aa jayenge." means i'm here for any future problems. He asked for the warranty card and take it from me saying that you collect it from the retailer as i have to send a xerox copy of this card to the company. Also he ask me to write a fault in technical term some thing like bearing shaft loosing and get it signed by me. Meantime due to power cut the fan was running on luminious sine wave inverter. The motion of fan was not free and there was a noise also. The mechanic said it is due to the power supplied by the inverter. Now on[protected] i.e. in the summer season at 11:30 P.M. the fan again making a noise like diesel engine in the room where my kid with her grandparents are sleeping. My child start crying at night and there is not any substitute for the fan. My question is Am I able to give a good sleep to my child and my parents. Now where is that mechanic who said he will be here, at this time? I tried the same toll free number at 11:35 and the machine said to call between 09:30A.M. and 05:30P.M. Now I do not want this fan opened by a mechanic but I want a fresh piece.

                                    I bought 3 63A 4 pole 300mA RCCB at Rs.2200/-. from Best power system & Control, Palakkad on 23/12/2010. It had 1 year warranty.
                                    after 3 months one of them got damaged, and we had to open that RCCB, as our motor was not working and the line voltage was ok. When we opened the RCCB it was burnt inside.
                                    We gave it to the distributor for replacement, at first he told that as it was opened warranty would not be given, when we said the voltage is ok and there is no problem to other two RCCB, he took the damaged RCCB from us and told us that he would sent it back to you. Later after 2 weeks when we went to him he gave it back to me and told me that company said warranty is not possible. i think he had just kept that RCCB with him for 2 weeks, had had neither asked the company or tried for replacement. Is this is what you call warranty?
                                    only after opening RCCB we knew it was burnt inside, later we replaced it with a new one and the motor started working. From the distributor's response i came to know that if a light is nor working and a switch is on warranty period we have to send the switch to company or distributor with out checking if voltage is there is some loose contact in switch etc.
                                    I would like to have your response in this matter and enquiry on your behalf againist the distributor.

                                    The RCCB which was damaged was of GUTS Electromech Limited. The distributor did not write name of company in the bill, as i told you i bought 3 RCCB of which the one damaged was of Guts and others were Havells at the time of buying he told us that all of them have 1 yr warranty, so we were confused that it was of Havells make. Sorry, when we went again to distibutor to replace the damaged one he gave us a Havells make . The name of the damaged RCCB is not legible, when we took the RCCB to your service they told it is not Havells make and think its of GUTS make. Sorry that i made a complaint against you. Actually we were made confused by the distributor.

                                      i have purchased a fan on 13th may 2011 and got it not working on 19 the may morning. lodged a complaint on co. site and also got the reference number or so. but till now i did not got any engineer to visit for the issue as promised.
