We have paid two insurance payment called paln - D.
On the date 31.05.2011

They have provided the certificate with the above mentioned numbers.
The sales person mr. Kesavan who is the only point for us and, we have blindly trusted him and paid our money without even thinking about how to get claims with your company. Now he completely cheated us. We can't able to make any communication with him.
We have almost completed our maturity time, it's almost 1.5lakhs, we have all the payment receipt with us, I need a clear resolution on this. I hope I get a proper response from your side.
Please don't cheat the customers who trust you !!!
