Sir, my name is Nageshwar s/o Subash Chand vill neta surhurwa post neta surhurwa tehsil sadar distt maharajganj up 273303.

I deposited an amount of Rs.320/- on 2012 in HBN Dairies monthly scheme. The lock in period as per the certificate issued is till 2020. I had accumulated it for a year. My serial number in Maharajganj branch where I have deposited is 11000.
Till date I have not received the check for the money deposited...
