Have taken a policy in Mar 2009 and it got matured in Sep 2014. Agents collected the policy certificate and bank details, but never received the payment for more than 1 year. Tired of following up with agents and no working contact number for both Chennai branch office and Delhi head office. Very frustrated. Regn. # D09BF[protected]

Depost Ts 15000.00

I have deposit Rs 15000 in may 2009, as commitment they will refund Rs 30000 in dec2016

now no one hearing the same
