Hii, this complaint is regarding hbn dairies sidhi branch in madhya pradesh and i am landlord of the property. Hbn dairies is not paying our high pending house rent of near about 2 years time and there head office delhi is not paying atension to this problem. Company staff is making fraud n fake comitments since long time and even i have made personal visits 3-4 times to there delhi office but they have continued same fake comitments.

So i want my full high pending house rent of sidhi branch from hbn dairies office otherwise we are going to file police complaint against hbn company for non payment of our house rent which is very high in total til aug-2017.

So i request sumeone from hbn managemnt delhi to call on my number and talk to me and clear my full house rent of sidhi branch otherwise soon we are filing police complaint against hbn group for recovering our house rent.

Apke campany me paisa jama kiya lekin samay pura hone ke bad bhi paisa nahi mil rahi hai mai dusre ka bhi paisa jama karvaya hu. Kidi kisi ka chaq aaya tha lekin o bhi bounse ho raha hai.

So please i request that, release the sum of maturity amount above cited please reply as soon as possible, otherwise i will “knock the consumer court door.”

Under the certificate registration no. D[protected] plan d (5 years 10 months) dated 16.09.2010 i had invested 54000/- upto 16th feb. 2015 @ rs. 1000/- per month. I was supposed to invest rs. 70, 000/- upto 16.07.2016. After feb 2015 agent has stopped to take installment.
Now the invested amount with interest is pending since 2015. Company and agent is not responding to refund the amount. Sebi is also not taking any action to repay the amount of investors. It is our kind request to sebi to intervene in the matter as early as possible and repay the amount of common investors
