HCL Tablet — no service and getting irritated with this item

My name is saikrishna.i lives in hyderabad.i brought hcl me tablet through ebay.com .after 5days of purchase my tab starting to give problems.i submitted my tab to IVEL technologies in my city. Its been one month still my problem didnt got solved. My main problem is i lost my serial no. Of tablet..there is no way i can find it, invoice also dnt have serial number i tried soo many ways but still no use..
