Why it happens?

Date of incident: 16 Dec 2017
Transaction name is : 3rd party cash txn inc gst

Can you please return my amount.

How it happens without my permission/involvement?

Can you please tell the reason?

Suggestion you that don't debit amount from any customer without intimation.
