I have Applied for a Loan, When Customer Executive reach out my Mailing location for address verification but i have requested him to change the Address Verification to my Home/Permanent location where i have moved to My Home town due to COVID restrictions, He said Yes. but after that I didn't get a call from Him or Bank. After 2-3 months i get to know that My Account got Blocked/Frozen due to NEGATIVE CPV and i get to know that the Customer Executive gave Negative CPV for my address verification.
so, I have approached near by HDFC BANK at my location. They asked me to change my Mailing location to Permanent location through Net Banking, so i can get back my Account. I have changed according to it, and waiting for unblocking.
But Account didn't get unblocked. So, I have approached the Branch again, this time they mentioned that i have to go for a CPV. and they said they will come by 2-3 working days. i have accepted for that waited long for executive call.
I'm still waiting for the call and wanted to complete my address verification done and restart using my Services.
Ps:- It's my Salary Account, so I'm much concerned about this. If HDFC BANK is not willing to solve my Problem, then I'm not willing to be with HDFC BANK anymore. Was this information helpful? |
