Requested frequently for closure of salary account.no response from staff. When we went to Branch for closure they waited us for 2hour.last 4month request given but still no response from staff.shankarnagar Branch Nagpur.

I made a purchase for 647.30 on April1st 2017 .one transaction got failed .And I called customer care and raised my complaint with the reference#1286944 it almost 10days still I didn't get my refund am frustrated going to cancel my bank account..
