HDFC Bank — Amazon refund back my money but on my account it has not been credited

On 04/03/2017 i booked one order from amazon. But after i cancelled that order amazon already processed the refund to my account but the amount is not credited. Please help me with this.. (Thank you for using debit card ending 1717 for rs.827.00 in [protected] at amazon seller services on[protected]:20:11:13). I cancelled rs 299 amt product and that has to be refunded but not credit took place...
