[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amazon refund has not been credited for more than a month

Hi, i have been writing emails after emails to [protected]@hdfcbank.com to get my refund from amazon processed. I have returned the product back over a month back and i am not sure why it is taking so long to get this processed. It's been over 20 days and i still have not received the refund or a reply from the bank's customer care. Could you please look into it? I am tired of running around trying to call through mobile banking. As a suggestion, please have online shopping issues as drop down on the hdfc site. As a lot of people shop online, it would help out a lot o[censored]s facing such issues.

I have mailed [protected]@hdfcbank and i got a response from Mr.Neville A- Manager - Correspondence. He asked for details of Credit Card, Mobile number, and email iD. I have replied to that email. Could you please respond on that.

HDFC Arera Colony, Bhopal. is not closing my salary account. I have visited ther branch, filled the form for closer of account, called the concered so may times, written mail. But still they do not close my account.

What tro do.
