[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount debited from account | |||
Hi. I did a transaction on phonepe sending 8000 to my sister. First time the transaction failed. So i tried again. For the second time the app showed that the transaction failed but i got a message from my bank that the amount has been debited from my account. I called customer care of phonepe and they said the issue is with bank and i have to deal with bank itself. How am i supposed to get back my money? Was this information helpful? | |||
