[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount debited from my bank account while booking train ticket from irctc no confirmation of ticket | |||||
Tansaction number [protected] Booked train ticket via hdfc payzapp My amount got deducted but no ticket got confirmed. Irctc shows this in failed transaction, refund is also not initiated. My 1110 rupees wasted. Total waste of time and money. I tried calling all the customer care number, none works. Hdfc charges even more amount on calling their toll free numbers nobody connects to any customer care executive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
