[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount debited, not refunded | |||
I tried booking bus ticket through redBus.in on 6th Oct 2016 using my HDFC debit card. Rs. 4250 got debited but the ticket was not issued. When i tried to contact redBus about this transaction through customer care there was no response and then I had to try contacting them through Facebook chat only (attached screenshot of conversation), they informed me that the transaction wasn't captured at all & they told me that it will be automatically refunded in my bank account within 7 bank working days. I have not got my refund yet.
