[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted from account but could not forwarded for the purpose | |||
Dear Sir, Today in the morning at 9:28 am, I am doing online payment of my bus pass at the Haryana roadways e-payment site. My HDFC bank account no.[protected] having IFSC code HDFC0000171 is debited with Rs.4415.00 and I received the message for the same. But at the same time, the site showed me the message, “unable to process your request”. Till now i.e. at 6:00 pm, neither I received the payment back in my account nor the roadways site reflect the payment for my bus pass.
