[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted from account but not paid to merchant | |||||
Respescted sir, I have made a payment of rs. 449.00 for reliance jio recharge from my hdfc bank account (Customer id#[protected] vide transaction no. Nf[protected] on 4th july'2018. I have checked with the reliance jio team and they told me that they have not received any payment with this transaction number and ask me to check with bank. Then i checked with my hdfc bank officials and they are saying that transaction was successfully done and payment has been out to the merchant/ trader account and ask me to check with them. Both bank & reliance jio are passing me to one another. Request you to help in this regard and get my amount paid back.
