[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted from account but not paid to merchant

Respescted sir,

I have made a payment of rs. 449.00 for reliance jio recharge from my hdfc bank account (Customer id#[protected] vide transaction no. Nf[protected] on 4th july'2018. I have checked with the reliance jio team and they told me that they have not received any payment with this transaction number and ask me to check with bank.

Then i checked with my hdfc bank officials and they are saying that transaction was successfully done and payment has been out to the merchant/ trader account and ask me to check with them.

Both bank & reliance jio are passing me to one another.

Request you to help in this regard and get my amount paid back.

Please note that the merchant has represented the transaction as successful and hence the transaction has not been reversed to your account. You are requested to liaise with the merchant directly for the status of the transaction.
