[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount deducted from hdfc account but not credited to the beneficiary account | |
Date : 1st October 2020, around 11:45 am, I have transferred amount of RS 21, 000 to a beneficiary kotak account.. the amount got deducted from my hdfc account but I didn't receive any notification alert, and also the beneficiary account is not credited with that amount. Please look into it and either refund the amount or credit it to the beneficiary account. I tried to call the customer care number but no one was available. Looking forward for your support.
