[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount deducted from my account nd recharge not done

Dear sir/ madam
I did a electricity bill pay through paytm using HDFC netbanking. Bill has not been paid and amount also deducted from my account no. After that I did call to paytm,
But they replied they have not received amount.also I have checked it on net banking but it shows deduction only .
Please let me know what the problem occurred with this transaction.
