[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount deducted is not reversed

I was booked my bus ticket via red bus on december 8, 2018. The amount is deducted but my transaction is failed due to some technical problem. I have waited for 2 weeks to reversed my amount but nothing happens. Then i have raised the complaint regarding the amount and submitted the dispute form as well. Still, now, they didn't refund my amount.

Kindly do the necessary action to get my amount back.

Dear Customer,

We have raised a chargeback vide reference number MDP088036. We will credit the account by 15-Feb-19 as per regulatory TAT of Rupay (National Payment Corporation of India) / Visa / MasterCard TAT, provided we do not get a representment claim (that is proof of transaction) from the acquiring bank.
