[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount deducted twice is not reverted | |||||
Hi, I have done payment in Dmart Chandivali on 24 Dec 2016 with my debit card. The card was swiped twice since the merchant claimed that it hadnot received the payment. Later they said that they received the payment and have sent mail to HDFC bank to refund the amount of 541 rs which was debited twice. The merchant (D mart) has sent 4 mails to HDFC bank but I have not recieved the amount yet. I have also registered a complaint and the number is 1222962 but I dont get any update when I call the customer care. such behaviour is not expected from a reputed bank like HDFC.
