[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deduction in my fastag wallet | |||
While travelling from chithradurga to bangalore i passed by 4 tolls and money was deducted from my fastag wallet accurately.. After reaching my destination and 3 hours later.. An sms from hdfc bank stating that 200 rs has been deducted due to adjustment entry.. But my vehicle was in the home.. Remaining balance was 105 rs and how can 200 rs be deducted?.. And now my fastag wallet is showing 0 rs.. I want the responsible persons to solve this issue.. Was this information helpful? | |||
