[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount didnt reversed by bank | |
I placed an order for dominos pizza on oct7, paying through hdfc debit card. The amount got debited from my hdfc debit card however the order didn’t got placed. I raised a complaint through hdfc but no response. I was already contacted by dominos that the refund has already been initiated for the order on oct 10, as it was failed on payment gateway. But bank is denying same and saying that the payment was successful. I am following bank from last 1 week but no proper response. Also customer care agent are very rude. Even the SME divya Sharma was very rude and started shouting on me when I asked for the refund. Customer care manager Satish Kumar was also not very helpful. I am pissed off by the behaviour of the management team even the seniors. I need the refund of rs 1367 that was debited from my hdfc debut card asap. Was this information helpful? | |
