[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount hold by credit card team

The worst service i have ever seen in all bank is by hdfc bank. They put my whole amount on hold for not being paid credit card payment. And i have paid minimum due amount every month as genuine customer. You people can check my record as well. Just because i have not paid one month due amount they kept my whole amount on hold. This is so irritating. I have visited bank thrice before salary by asking them are you sure once i will receive salary nothing will happen to my account and automatically due amount will get deducted from my account so that i do not have to visit bank again. And for your kind information my auto debit is on for my account and even i have visited bank and let bank person to on my auto debit for my account. And as expected due amount didn't get deducted after auto debit was on. This let me suffer a lot. At present i don't have single penny in my hand bank person refused to help me. They asked me to call cx care and cx care gave me collection dept number and misbehave with me as i was so irate at that point of time. Instead of letting me calm down she started misbehaving with me. Plus she has given me collection department number i have called more than 10 times they are disconnecting my call and not getting any call back from them. Number given by cx care dept for collection team is [protected] and 02. And when collection team department used to call me they used to irritate me to pay this amount even after when i told them i will pay once i will receive my salary. And today when i have called them they even didn't pick up the call. So pissed up from your services. If i am not ready to pay the amount then you people could do that i would have never felt bad but when i am ready to pay the amount and this happened to me. This is so irritating. I have written this to your all concerend directors and ceo of hdfc bank and if i will not get any resolution in 24 hours i would love to give review on twitter.

Wao! I have received a call from complaints department from HDFC by stating till the time I won't give the whole payments they wont release my amount. I simply told them If would have never paid the due amount then I would love to pay the whole amount. But just because I missed one month due amount and this happened to me. I am also gonna do police complain for that. This shouldn't happened in this way. I need solution for that. or want my money back. Even I told her deduct the total due amount 10k and give rest back she was not ready and said pay whole amount then only rest will release.
