HDFC Bank — amount is deducted for a recharge done using upi option, but benefits are not credited

My idea recharge validity was expiring yesterday 24/09/2018, so i did recharge paying 409 from idea application with BHIM upi option amount deducted from my hdfc account. And the recharge was successful and amount was debited, but benefits are not credited, service provider said upi is third party interface, so we cant say anything about it.
Transaction id is[protected].

Please solve it ASAP
