[Resolved] HDFC Bank — balance deduction/stolen by hdfc bank

Hdfc bank deducted money from my account and it is not showing in the statement that why balance has been deducted. I am very disappointed with the behaviour and service of hdfc bank & hdfc securities. I had visited hdfc pitampura new delhi branch for salary account opening. That time i was working for a trading software company, then the person who opened salary account just asked to sign at the specific place. I signed it, later on, i got a call that please keep the fund in salary account so that we could deduct demat/trading account opening charge. Then also i said i don't want trading account. I have checked account statement then found that amount has been deducted. I have never used & even login demat/trading account because i never wanted it. Now i have received that you have to pay rs. 1700 for hdfc demat/trading account service charge which i never used nor wanted it. +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
