[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Credit Card — Disputed transaction | |||
Two transcations, one on 02/07/2017 for rs3353.65 and other on 03/07/2017 for rs3340.85 was done from my credit card ending with 5112 at google *colop. I have not made any such transactions. These transactions are fraud or mistake. I got my credit card blocked on 04/07/2017 and got a new credit card. I lodged complaint to customer care and requested not to bill this amount. However latest statement reflects amount charged. Kindly look into this matter and reverse my amount so billed or charged. Sanjay kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
