HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — fastag not confirmed | |||
I applied for fastag on hdfc portal on 28th november using my hdfc debit card 500 rupees were deducted but i didn't receive any message from them yet. I contacted bank on phone banking for the same they give me toll free number [protected] and email address status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in but email adress is wrong and toll free number doesn't work what should i do Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid an amount of Rs.500 for new fast tag. Amount got debited from my account but i didn't get any confirmation on applying new fast tag. I have tried reaching you over the phone but i couldn't. Can you let me know what went wrong? and How to get the fast tag?. Expecting your reply as soon as possible.
Really for its a worst experience. I need escallation matrix for this. Otherwise i will go to the next level, where i have my payment proof for this. Dont send standard template reply for this post.
