I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 2nd dec.. The reference number of the application is hfr844396. I have got the acknowledged mail from hdfc also There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as their toll free and mails are not responding The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. I haven’t received my hdfc fast tag sticker and not any status of confirmation or any other from the bank.
Balance of 500₹ is deducted very firmly but why the service is too late.

I sunand sasmal deposited lic payment on 2/6/2019 by HDFC credit card(last 4 digit is 3625) and my customer number[protected].

But on statement of June month is not showing.But lic receipt is provided of that lic payments.
plz clear me.

Now customer care representative cannot talk with us.
