HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — hfr111875 - application for fastag is not processed | |||
On 06 apr i applied for fastag via hdfcbank and amount has been deducted for rs 500. However even after 10 day (Original lead time was 7 days) there was no communication on the progress of delivery. I contacted the support number [protected] and i was told there was an issue with the portal and i have to manually send the documents to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. But i am yet to hear from them (They have not acknowledged inspite of my request) and the help line is is not being attended today. Trying since morning.
