HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — incorrectly debited charges to my account | |||||
All of a sudden i rec'd a message from fastag (Hdfc) saying i was debited for rs 260 for adjustment entry. I have no clue what this charge is about, i did not use fastag on the day i rec'd this message. Hdfc online support is so bad i can neither raise any ticket for this nor i can call their support phone number. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

same here on 14/02/2019 my hdfc fastag debited 265 rs
No one at hdfc fastag or at insolutionsglobal albe to answer which toll gate has debited mu money. or short payment on which toll gate.
as customer i has right to know where my money debited.
but no one at hdfc fastag customer care or insolutionsglobal able to reply my question about duduction.
finaly i closed my fastag id.
thkans for best service.
but closing my fastag only for deduction that not clarified by HDFC.
