HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — no customer care number/ no response to application

Hello - I have applied for Fastag via application reference no. HFR037219. I am an existing HDFC customer and have uploaded all KYC documents and made the requisite payments. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check for status as the customer care number is always busy.

Please let me know the status and by when can I get the tag.

Updated by rahjain104 Mar 07, 2018 I have already sent an email to the hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in. And the telephone number is always busy..I might have tried about 50 times. Still no update.
