HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — no response to customer support mail id regarding issues on my fastag balance | |
My fastag customer id is[protected], from nowhere my wallet got debited for 335rs/- with the narration adjustment entry on 11th march 2019, i registered a service request through the form in the portal it selves not sure whether it was accepted or not i also wrote a mail to the support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in on 12th march, i have not got any response for the same however my wallet got credited for 200rs/-again with the narration adjustment entry on 12 march. On 17th march i have recharged another 300rs/- but at tolls my tag is black listed. Customer support number just runs music for minutes just to make fun of customers. Wonder on whose fantasy are adjustment entry's made without explanation. Being a loyal customer of hdfc bank for more than a decade i am very badly dissapointed with the service Was this information helpful? | |
