[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — no updates for new fastag application | |||
I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr315822. I have applied on 3rd nov 2019 since then there is no updates and welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had tried three times to purchase Fastag, twice it was failed, even if the amount was debited from my account. Third time I succeeded with Ref No.: HFR605889. But till now I had not received any communication either mail or Text message. Also my failure transaction amount had yet not reverse to my account. Trying the tollfree no, but always same no is busy.
