[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — non-receipt of fastag and non-existent call centre number | |
Hi i applied for the hdfc bank fasttag online, and received a notification a week ago, on 22nd november that it has been issued successfully. I have received no communication nor have i received the fast tag and this is very frustrating. All phone numbers including the customer service number published by them ([protected]) are useless. The customer service number continuously gives a message saying busy, other mobile numbers say number does not exist. The application number is hfr391414 Was this information helpful? | |

After 2 days, so representative called me nor I received their email with Fastag application PDF. I have received no communication nor have I received the fast tag and this is very frustrating. All phone numbers including the customer service number published by them [protected] is not reachable & re useless.
