[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — not received fastag

I had applied for fasttag on 14th nov 2019 and application id hfr370579. I have paid 500 rs (200 deposit and 300 recharge) Till date i have not yet received fasttag I tried to reach the toll free number [protected] serveral times to check the status but could not reach There is no other way to communicate the bank.
