HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — sloppy customer service and no response. no info about the application status | |||
I had applied fastag from hdfc bank on 3rd nov. It was intimated by bank that i would be getting fastag within a week's time. Until now there is no information about the same (Whether processed, held, etc). The amount has been deducted from the account also. When tried to reach customer care [protected], i always get a message stating "number busy". There is no e-mail address also to contact the customer care. It is hard to believe that hdfc is getting such a bad reputation once it comes to fastag handling. Even bank representative through whom i applied the card is also unable to contact customer care in this regard or help me in following up. Do let me know how do i check the status and if there are any other alternate number to contact customer care and to check the status. I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on nov 15th december. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag and i am also unable to reach their sales number:[protected],

I have mailed even to hdfc.fastag@sahaj.co.in by checking the reply given to other complains.
Even i didnot get the response.
Regarding phone numbers, i called the numbers on 27th Nov. Below is the status:
9910410169 - The one who received the call informed me that he is not the concerned person.
9910410166 - No one answered the call.
Do let me know if you can arrange a call back from the CRM.
