[Resolved] HDFC Bank — bank is not crediting my refund | |
I had to get refund from oyo rooms but till now hdfc bank has not processed my refund. It is more than a month and customer care at hdfc bank is not responding to the complaints. Below is the mail from oyo rooms citing the transaction reference for refund: "resolution provided - as per our telephonic conversation we inform your refund status, bank reference no. Jun 17, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved There was no call or email, but the amount was received after 2-3 days HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 16, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We confirm that the refund will be generally credited in 10-12 working days from the date of merchant confirmation.
