[Resolved] HDFC Bank — settlement for fraud transaction | |||
Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, on 26 dec 2019 there was an unauthorised transaction of rs. 20000. From that day i emailed hdfc bank several times. Every time they told me to pay the amount. I have lived police complaint about the same and the police investigation is under process. But the hdfc bank forcing me to pay the fraud amount. Now in these se sitive days duevto covid-19, it is difficult for me to pay for fraud transaction even i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement.
