[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — branch executive misbehave

Dear sir
I opened my current account in hdfc bank branch (Teekali gurgaon). Today i went to deposit cash in my a/c at hdfc jmd megapolis branch. Teller don't know her name) says
If you deposit cash in non home branch so you have to pay third party charge, but according to rbi rule if owner deposit cash in self account then bank can not take any third party charge. But she return me and says pls contact to your branch, and misbehave and misconducting with us front of many customer. After interfering my home branch manager, and jmd branch manager she deposited cash and shouted to our branch manager in phone call and treating with me just like we are road side business man. Please take seriously. Hdfc staff should improve their behavoiur.
I am a client of hdfc bank for the past 1 yearand hold current account in your teekli gurgaon branch. I have other current a/c in yes bank but seriously yes bank is so better for customer service and staff behaviour.

We are unable to trace your account basis the account number and mobile number shared by you. It seems the account number provided is incorrect. Please email us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com and elaborate on your concerns. Also provide us the complete 14 - digit HDFC Bank Account number, the date of the visit at the said branch, name and address of the branch visited and name of the account holder, contact number and name & contact number of the person who has visited the branch for cash deposit.
