Hotel tunga international, mumbai has been paid hotel reservation charges on my hdfc bank credit card even after cancelation of booking made on booking.com. This is breach of trust by the site. Details of transaction are with hdfc bank. Even after submission of dispute details on mail cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 11th july i have recieved no resolution of dispute.
