[Resolved] HDFC Bank — calling customer a liar and threatening to pay the amount | |||
Hi, Its been a very shameful act by employee najeefa from credit card department (Chennai) calling me a liar when i tried to find out the charges applied to my minimum due amount and how safe is my aadhaar card details. She shouted and threatened along with her manager (Vinod kumar s) to pay the due amount with any cost. Manager says you need to beg from your parents and friends otherwise he will make sure to screw my civil score. Very sad already hdfc has bad name in banking circles and with hdfc threatening their customers its a shameful act by hdfc.
