HDFC Bank — Calls from credit card department | |||
Hi team, I have a HDFC credit card where due to some family issues I could not pay half the bill of about 1300. I had informed the madam that i will be paying the bill on time but still i was harassed with 10-20 calls in a day to make payment even though I informed about my concern. I did not deny to make payment I said I will be late but will pay. after paying 4500 on 30 of nov I was still getting calls to make payment for 300 I paid that too. and again I got call stating that send us the print screen of the payment made. (Is it the way you treat customers like this) I am shocked to know how cheap hdfc bank is. and it is really not customer friendly. I would prefer Axis and icici in this case. Worst bank worst service worst customer supportive bank will never ever recommend this bank to any of my friends. they can harrase customers, . and the hights today again they called me to make payment even after I made payment whats gouing on????????? Seriously I am frustrated with such calls, pls stop them. Was this information helpful? | |||
