Hi, Please cancel the duplicate fastag raised on 28/jan2020 with hdfc and have the amount refunded back to me. I called 23/feb/20 and customer care person mentioned to send an e-mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, it has been 2 weeks no repsonse from hdfc. Today (4/mar/2020) i called then the person is not able to understand and he disconnected the phone. After 2 i called again and a lady menitoned that the site is down, again explained the story she said please check, the amount has has been refunded, but i cannot see it... In my complaint i have already mentioned that i have reached out to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but not getting a response, then why are you suggesting me to reach out to them again.
