Cancellation of one assist membership and refund.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card but without my concern Rs-1899 has debited from my credit card ending with 1876 on 12th January 2019. I am not at all interested about this service and want cancellation of one assist membership and want my debited amount of Rs-1899 as soon as possible.
Otherwise I am going to close my account from HDFC bank bcoz I can't tolerate this type of fraud anymore.
