[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership plan | |
I am a hdfc credit card holder. They deducted 1899 rs. From my credit card for activation of some one assist plan. Within 24 hrs i lodged complaint against this. But they've not refunded my money yet. Except this when their official called me she didn't listen to my point completely. I told them to call me after office hours but to my great disappointment their officials always call me during office time. They are taking a very good advantage of my inability of talking to them during office hours. I clearly told them that i wasn't aware of this kind of plan and when their official called me for activation i thought this is some verification call in addition to this i was in office and voice was not clear. Unfortunately plan got activated now when i am telling them repeatedly i'm not interested in this plan and do cancel the plan immediately they are beating about the bush. I am tired of this mental harassment. I think i have made a huge mistake by taking hdfc credit card. I think i have lost my money and it'll be better for me if i chose to block the credit card after clearing my dues. I request you to understand my situation and help me out.
