[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation of policy in free lookup period | |||
Policy no - p000290. Certificate no - 630827. Date of commencement - 11-mar-2019 Hdfc life group credit protect plus insurance plan Policy under free lookup period even hdfc kothrud branch not allowing me to cancel the policy. I have given the written application and they were not given me the acknowledgment of the application. Visited the branch 2 times. Now they are not attending my phone also. They were rude and arguing with me. I am not satisfied with the terms of the policy hence want to cancel it. Hope stringent action will be taken and my policy will be canceled. I have already sent emails to hdfc. Really frustrated and want to cancel policy at the earliest. Attachment: 1. Policy document 2.
