[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation of smart emi | |||
Dear team, I purchased samsung mobile through my credit card on[protected], same was cancelled on[protected] and on[protected] samsung refunded the amount of rs. 9909/-, after that 5 times i contacted hdfc customer care to look into that matter, and asked them to make sure it should cancel from your side. But in the bill for the month of may 2019 hdfc debited the emi from my card, which was not relevant. Now i have contacted 10 times hdfc to resolve it, but they are not bothering and saying that they cant do anything, only samsung can do. Samsung customer care are saying that they have cancelled the order and refunded the amount into card. Emi cancellation will be done by hdfc. Please resolve the issue.
