[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back did not adjust / put it in cibil | |||
Dear all This is to inform you all that my loan a/c no 123 i bought iphone 6 and at that time there were an offer that buying that iphone 6 and 7000 cash back to hdfc bank. I paid all emi's on time however there was a problem due to my signature difference but non of my emi got late or bounced. I did not pay last emi because as per offer whatever cashback i had to received had to be adjusted in the amount of last emi but they did not do it. I was been ditched and now i got to know that you send my matter to cibil due to which i', m unable to get home loan. This is pathetic that you did this just such a small amount. I did not get any call from back over the matter however i made plenty of calls but i did not get any satisfactory answer from your side.. I want to know who should i quation to? I have financed car loan too from the same back and non of the emi bounced till date you can check my relationship with other bank too.. This is really unfair and i'm highly dis pointed This is what you do with the customers and this is what you call professionalism? If it's any concern or matter with the customer bank need to atleast inform or discussed with the respective customer.
