[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back not received | |||
Purchased jewellery from tanishq worth rs. 50000 through my hdfc debit card on 25th august 2018 once and 50000 again on 26th august 2018. As per running offer i was supposed to get 5% cashback if paid through hdfc credit/debit card. Its been more than 3 months already passed but till date no cashback received nor any communication is there stating the timeline for cashback. Please look into this & revert.
